Holiday Party 11/15/2025

     Our year is quickly coming to an end. We have 63 members this year and will have our yearly members holiday party on Saturday 11/15/2025 at 4pm. We have booked the event room and tours at Brad Halling American Whiskey Ko. (B-HAWK), located at 175 Yadkin rd. Southern Pines, NC. B-Hawk is one of the newest distilleries in the state and their location and restaurant are extremely nice. It is obvious they spared no expense building it. 

     Dinner will be served at 5:00 pm or later and will consist of Madam Colonels taste of the South BBQ. Featuring Pulled Pork and Chicken, Mac, Mashed potatoes, mixed greens salad, charcuterie, and desserts. Additional items may be added. We will have our own private room, outdoor area and bartender. (Drink will NOT be included)

     Prior to Dinner at 4pm in groups of 15 you will get a tour of the entire production facility with education on how they make their products. During this tour you will get a chance to sample a few of their spirits and will receive a branded rocks glass to take home.

     If you wanting to make a weekend of it. You have the option of joining the club at Rockingham Dragway Friday 11/14/2025 and/or Saturday 11/15/2025. For the bi-annual MOPARS at the Rock. Friday from 3-11 there will be Pro-racing and test and tune, you can come to watch or put your car on the track ($40 drive/$20 spectate). Saturday, which is the main event 8am-3:30pm. There will be a MOPAR car show ($40), several racing classes, swap meet or you can just come spectate ($20). After the car show awards you will take a 25-minute drive to B-hawk. Those going to Rockingham will probably go with the 2nd or 3rd group for the tour.

     As we normally do, there will be some giveaways of different viper related items. 

     Registration will be $65 per person with a maximum of 50 people. We will be staying at ………TBD………………. Or you can stay at the hotel of your choice (The local Hilton stole from the club in prior year). Or you can drive home. I will try to have optional transportation to and from hotel, for those enjoying the spirits.
